Pilates for Children

Introducing young children to the world of Pilates has always been my dream project. We made this possible at St. Julian’s School in Carcavelos with Badgers Pilates & Yoga after club. These playful sessions focus on building body awareness, improving posture, coordination, balance, concentration, all in a safe and supportive environment.

Pilates & Yoga for Children is a playful adventure into fitness through movement, teaching them body awareness, posture health, coordination and balance. While Partner Work develops social skills, build trust, self-confidence wrapped in lots of fun! Above all, Pilates & Yoga for young children it's a foundation for lifelong health!
